Terms of Service

1. Kerbside delivery only.

2. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted if goods are supplied correctly.

3. Goods remain the property of Dartford Scaffold Boards until paid for in full.

4. Timber is a natural product that can split, warp, bow, and twist with the weather for which we cannot be held responsible.

5. Shortages or damaged goods must be reported to driver on delivery.

6. We cannot give times on goods delivered.

7. Timber treatment can vary slightly. For that reason, we cannot colour match exactly.

8. Any claim against any item on an invoice can only be for the value of that item and not for any work associated with installing that item.
